I make frequent public appearances and radio interviews, speaking on such topics as writing, publishing, new technology, time management, project management, and freelancing.

I have been the keynote speaker at several events, including the American Society of Indexers conference and have been a featured speaker at a number of local, regional, and international organizations.

Organizations I have spoken for include, the STC, the Puget Sound Freelancers Association, the Washington Software Association, the International Computer Consultants Association, and numerous amateur radio, science-fiction, and writers' conventions.
